pg 5: The ventral opisthosoma (underside of abdomen)
is shown in this image. It is remarkable for its absence of structures
typically found on a spider's ventral abdomen. Though they are not
resolvable in this photo, six small, contiguous spinnerets are
positioned on the posterior ventral abdomen. One pair of book lungs,
positioned in the lateral ventral anterior abdomen, are hinted at by the
light-colored areas in that portion of the image -----
